1. Your Agreement with Prebox.ai
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prebox.ai application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Prebox.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Prebox.ai helps you manage your email by connecting to your Google account (with your permission via OAuth) to access new, unread emails. Our AI systems then generate summaries and categorizations, which are displayed to you in a report. The Service also allows you to delete emails from your Gmail account directly from the report interface.
Disclaimer on AI Summaries: The summaries are generated by an automated AI system and are for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are solely responsible for reading the original email for any critical information before taking any action based on a summary. Prebox.ai is provided "AS IS" and we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of or reliance on the summaries.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use our Service responsibly. You will not use it for any illegal purpose, attempt to disrupt our systems, or violate the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Some features of the Service require payment. We use Stripe for payment processing. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented to you. Subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew unless you cancel. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time from your Account Settings page.
5. Termination
You can stop using our Service and delete your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREBOX.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
